Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods

- Standard Shipping: ELITE OTAKU™ offers standard shipping for all orders. Shipments to Spain usually take 6-10 business days, while shipments to the rest of the world, depending on your location, may take 7-14 business days. Although we strive to ship as quickly as possible, delivery times may vary.
- Number of Packages: Orders may be shipped in separate packages, as items often come from multiple suppliers or locations.

2. Order Processing

- Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase. Please review this confirmation carefully to ensure that all information is correct.
- Processing Time: Our warehouse processes and ships all orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Processing time is 1-2 business days if all items are in stock. During periods of high demand, such as new product launches and holidays, processing may take a few additional days. If an item is out of stock, processing may be delayed up to one week.

3. Order Tracking

- Tracking Number: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. This number allows you to monitor the status and location of your package.
- Tracking Information: Please allow time for tracking information to be available after receiving your tracking number.

4. Shipping Costs

- Shipping Rates: Shipping is completely FREE in most areas. Shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping method selected and destination. Shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

5. Shipping Delays

- Unforeseen Delays: ELITE OTAKU™ is not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier disruptions or natural disasters.

6. Address Accuracy

- Delivery Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery addresses during the checkout process. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages due to incorrect addresses.

7. Problems with Delivery

- Missing or Damaged Items: If your order arrives with missing items or is damaged in transit, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery at info@eliteotaku.com for assistance.
